    By purchasing or downloading any image from AImageGallery.art, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
  

1. About AImageGallery.art

AImageGallery.art is an online marketplace for exclusive AI-generated artwork. Each image is sold once and becomes unavailable to other buyers after purchase, ensuring exclusivity.

2. Purchases and Payments

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Images can be purchased individually or added to a cart. Volume discounts apply automatically based on the number of images in a single transaction.

Credits (wallet system): Users may purchase credit packs to reduce transaction fees on multiple purchases. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.

3. Image License

Upon successful payment, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the purchased image(s) for:

Personal License — Standard purchase

Personal projects, social media, personal websites
Non-commercial use
Print for personal use (home decoration, gifts)

Extended Commercial License

Commercial projects, advertising, merchandise
Products for resale incorporating the image

What is NOT permitted with any license:

Reselling or redistributing the original image files
Claiming ownership or authorship of the AI-generated images
Using images to train AI models without explicit written permission
Sublicensing to third parties

4. Exclusivity

Once an image is purchased, it is permanently removed from the AImageGallery.art catalogue and will not be sold to any other buyer. The buyer receives the original high-resolution file without watermarks.

5. Downloads

Download links are provided immediately after payment confirmation. Files are delivered as PNG format at original resolution. Download links are valid for 48 hours; if you experience issues downloading, contact us within this period.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products and the exclusivity model (images are removed from sale upon purchase), all sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where:

The delivered file is corrupted or undownloadable
The image received does not match the preview shown on the website

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase to info@aimagegallery.art.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All images on AImageGallery.art are generated using artificial intelligence. We make no guarantees about:

Fitness for any specific commercial purpose
Freedom from resemblance to existing works (AI models are trained on large datasets)
Eligibility for copyright registration in all jurisdictions (AI-generated image copyright law varies by country)

Buyers are responsible for verifying compliance with their local laws before commercial use.

8. Intellectual Property

AImageGallery.art retains all intellectual property rights to the images in the catalogue. The purchase grants a license to use the image, not ownership of intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

AImageGallery.art's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific image(s) in question.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence apply regardless of this clause.
